KettleFIT Course For Women
In addition to covering all the basic kettlebell drills from my KettleFIT Course for ALL, I put a real emphasis on training with kettlebells for women.
This is a 5 hour KettleFIt Course for women only.
Let's face it, most fitness routines are ok to get you into a sweat, but women have specific fitness needs that needs to be addressed. In my Women's Only KettleFIT Course, I focus on the basics and incorporate several extra kettlebell drills that work the legs, bums and tums even more!!!. These exercises include:
Dragon walk
Renegade Lunges
KB Pass
Push Press
Squat Press
One Legged Deadlift
I also cover specific muscles used in each exercise and how to structure your workouts to help you get that body you have dreaming of for months!!!
