This is a must and is compulsory if you want to get into regular KettleFIT Classes.
You will need to come and be taught how to lift the bell safely before doing any classes. This is so that you are safe, know what to do and so that you can get a Fantastic workout when you come to do the KettleFIT Classes.

History of the Kettlebell
Kettlebell Saftey
Handling Drills
2 Arm Swings
Cleans
Front Squats
Military Press
Windmill

Intro Classes (2 hours) required for those that are new to kettlebell training and for those that want to do KettleFIT Classes. We cover safety, proper form and breathing, and KB fundamentals and we even help you burn 800 calories every session!!!!

You will also get a FREE Manual with excercises to follow.

Beginner/Intermediate KettleFIT Class 4 Week Module £60

For those that want to experience kettlebells in a class format and get the most out of their training with the old school tool by training 1 x a week.
This class is 4 weeks long with 1 x 1.5 hour sessions per week. All sessions are taken place outdoors rain or shine!
This is a multi-level class for those who have done some form of kettlebell training before – every week is different, every workout a challenge, and every session is FUN! Come and sharpen your skills and see what the fun is all about; if it's good enough for Jerry Halliwell, it's good enough for you! Now let's start off by building some powerful legs and swing, clean and press your way to a healthy new body!
Maximum of 10 participants per class allowed to ensure everyone gets sufficient instructor attention – so don't delay!
Every participant will get a FREE home exercise program and FREE Detoxification program when joining to help you become lean!
