What are KettleFIT Classes? 

When doing KettleFIT Classes you will get quality training in half the time of your normal workout! This 60 minute session will supercharge your fitness and melt your unwanted FAT. This session is taken place outdoors and is not your regular aerobics class! All the exercises will be done using kettlebells and using your own bodyweight. You don't need to be fit to do the KettleFIT Class- its open for all levels and suits both men and women. We get more women coming to class than men- so come on girls!

What will we be doing at the KettleFIT Classes ?

As everyone is at different fitness levels, our main focus is on giving you personal attention and getting you guaranteed results so we tend to make the sessions interesting and use fast and fun exercises that will help you use the 600 muscles in your body. Each session is different so you won't get bored and we usually do 2 x 60 minute sessions a week which invloves using our unique Kettlebell classes known as:-

  • KettleFIT Core
