Q. I've never used a kettlebell before so can I still attend?
A. Yes of course! If you are serious about your health and fitness and are curious about kettlebells then this course is definitely the best way to begin. Q. I've some experience with training with kettlebells, but will I learn anything new from this course?
A. Absolutely! Even if you have done a course before or learnt from a dvd, you will definitely have your technique corrected and perfected-nothing beats having an expert eye of a highly trained kettlebell coach watching you and helping you along the way. You will soon discover muscles you never knew existed and you will definitley have top tips to improve your current form that you couldn't do by yourself.
Q. Will I be able to workout with kettlebells by myself after attending this course?
A. Yes 100%. Jamie will ensure that everyone who has been trained under his watchful eye and has been trained using his KettleFIT System will have no problem in training independantly after attending the course.
