Before you start learning the basic moves we will teach you how to handle the kettlebell properly and safely by teaching you handling drills to help improve your grip strength, coordination, core stability, and help impove your all round fitness.
When you are ready you will then learn the basic moves like the SWING.
We will then teach you to become excellent all the basic moves.
Rather than teaching you a bunch of exercises just to make you feel good, we will also show you how and why to train with kettlebells but we will also explain why each exercise is beneficial to you and also help you as individual to become proficient and efficient at each move.
There are many trainers out there that will make you hot and sweaty just to give you a good workout- but but we will not only teach you each exercise correctly but make sure your technique is 110% right before you move on to the next exercise- thats how hot we are on technique!!!

Q: I do not have my own kettlebells. Can I still attend?
A:Yes. We will have several kettlebells on hand, enough for everyone to use.
Q: I am not a beginner, but not an expert either. Should I attend?
A: Definately! I have had many, many people contact me thinking they have pretty good skill before attending my workshops only to quickly realise how far they have to go. There is only so much you can learn from a book or DVD.

Q: I have heard that kettlebell training is brutal and that I will be sore for days. I would like to attend, but I am intimidated. What should I do?
There is no need to be intimidated. We do push people because we find that most limitations are self-imposed and you will work very hard at the workshop. That being said, our objectives are is to teach you, not to crush you.
Our experience shows that it is better to teach a few things really well and include a lot of demonstration and lecture so that the pace will be manageable. You will have a great time learning in a comfortable environment. Or else!
Q: Can women attend this workshop?
Yes absolutely! Both men and women alike can benefit from this workshop and women will burn around 800 calories alone and feel their legs, bums and tums worked! You guys will learn to pack on muscle and shed fat like no other training tool! So what are you waiting for??
